Square Tube Bends and Fittings

All square tube elbows are bent using 11 gage (.120 wall) material. Stocked as 90's with no tangents and 90's with 1 tangent.

All square corners are made of 14 gage (.075 thick) material. Ideal for applications in which sharp corners are not desired. Simplifies fabrication by allowing you to cut square tubing instead of mitering.

All newel caps are stamped out of 18 gage (.049) material and are supplied with a mill finish. When using aluminum tubing, corners of tubing may need to be ground to drive on caps.

Square tube flanges are available in steel and aluminum. Square aluminum flanges are stamped out of .125" material, steel square flanges are stamped out of 10 gage material.
